  1. Banana French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3 slices of bread

Steps:

  1. Add milk to egg
  2. Mash Banana with fork
  3. Add mashed banana to egg-milk mixture
  4. Dip sliced bread into mixture
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry each side for 1 -2 minutes

2. Banana Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 egg
  • 180ml milk (bm/formula/fresh milk)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 3 tablespoon flour (optional)

Steps:

  1. Add milk to egg
  2. Mash Banana with fork
  3. Add 3 tablespoon flour to mashed banana (optional if you do not wish to use flour)
  4. Add mashed banana-flour mixture to egg-milk mixture
  5. Mix in the oats (can be baby oats or rolled oats)
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the pancake mixture
  7. Use 1.5 tbsp of the mixture to make one pancake.
  8. Cook a minute each side
  9. Use strawberry or raspberries as toppings (optional)
