- Banana French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 20 ml milk
- 1 medium egg
- 3 slices of bread
Steps:
- Add milk to egg
- Mash Banana with fork
- Add mashed banana to egg-milk mixture
- Dip sliced bread into mixture
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry each side for 1 -2 minutes

Steps:
- Add milk to egg
- Mash Banana with fork
- Add 3 tablespoon flour to mashed banana (optional if you do not wish to use flour)
- Add mashed banana-flour mixture to egg-milk mixture
- Mix in the oats (can be baby oats or rolled oats)
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the pancake mixture
- Use 1.5 tbsp of the mixture to make one pancake.
- Cook a minute each side
- Use strawberry or raspberries as toppings (optional)
