Baby Purees

  1. Chicken, Apple and Sweet Potato Puree

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 2 small sweet potato
  • 1/2 small Apple

Steps

  1. Wash and peel and cut Apple and sweet potato to 1cm cube
  2. Steam for 20 mins
  3. Blend

2. Banana and Avocado Purée

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 60ml baby milk

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients together
  2. Blend

3. Sweet Potato Puree:

Ingredients

  • 1 small (8 oz/250 g) sweet potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces

Steps:

  1. Sweet potatoes need to be peeled, cooked (steam 20 mins) / boiled for 30 to 34 minutes and pureed.
  2. Process until smooth, and thin with breast milk, formula, or water as needed. Soon, when your baby seems ready to handle thicker textures, you can just mash them with a fork.

4. Cauliflower, Potato and Carrot Purée

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small cauliflower 
  • 1/2 medium potato
  • 1 medium carrot 

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Steam for 20 mins
  3. Serve with meat or fish purée 

5. Sweet/Potato and Broccoli purée 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large potato 
  • 1/2 small potato 

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Steam for 20 mins
  3. Serve as purée, with baby milk or baby rice
