Our Journey with Eu Yan Sang Kitz Powder

In Infant Care, coughs and runny noses seemed to be HengBoi’s and later on, Hengboi2’s constant companions, affecting their sleep, mood, and definitely mine too! We initially relied on Western medicine, using Illadin and Zyrtec for his runny nose and Prospan cough syrup for his cough, which they began taking at just three months old. While Prospan is deemed safe for infants, I didn’t find it particularly effective for both boys.

On a friend’s recommendation, I tried Eu Yan Sang Kitz Powder.

However, it’s worth noting that Kitz Powder may not be effective every time, especially with serious illnesses. When HengBoi’s symptoms escalated to wheezing and coughing, he needed pediatric care for bronchitis. Knowing when to seek professional medical help is crucial, as Kitz Powder works best as a supplement rather than a replacement for medical treatment.

Why I Choose Eu Yan Sang Kitz Powder

  1. All-Natural Ingredients: Gentle on young tummies and free from artificial additives.
  2. Kid-Friendly Taste: Easy to mix with water, milk, or even soup.
  3. Convenient Packaging: Individual sachets make it easy to use, even when we’re on the go.
  4. Traditional Wisdom: Backed by Eu Yan Sang’s 140 years of experience, it’s a safe and natural choice for supporting kids’ health.

How I Use Kitz Powder

Each box contains one bottle, with infants under 12 months advised to take half a bottle twice a day. Since breast milk can affect its absorption, I give the powder to my boys 30 minutes before or after feeding. Kitz Powder has been more effective in managing the boys cough, though I usually need 3 to 5 boxes to notice lasting improvements. For parents looking to save, you can join the Eu Yan Sang Kids Club to enjoy a 10% discount. Or, just check out the Eu Yan Sang at Johor Bahru!

When HengBoi2 started Infant Care at six months old, he developed similar cough and flu symptoms almost immediately. With no prescribed medication due to his young age, I turned again to Kitz Cough Powder, following the recommended dosage for infants (one bottle split into three doses daily over three days). For older kids, like three-year-old HengBoi, I mix it with honey water, which makes it more palatable. After three days, I noticed an improvement in their symptoms.

1/3 powder. I added a lill distilled water and fed him via a syringe.

Results You Can Trust

I’ve noticed that my boys tend to have a stronger immune response and bounce back faster when they do catch a bug. For me, it’s peace of mind knowing that I’m supporting their wellness with a trusted product rooted in traditional practices.
