The Hyatt Regency London Stratford was a perfect choice for us for our 4 nights in London. Our suite was spacious, giving the boys plenty of room to play and relax. While it wasn’t located in downtown London, this suited us just fine as we’ve already visited the city three times and weren’t planning on doing much sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall, which made it ideal for our shopping plans.

Arrival and Check-In
Our arrival at the hotel was smooth. However, it’s worth noting that the Hyatt Regency London Stratford does not have a dedicated drop-off lobby for cars. We had to drop off at the roadside when we arrived. Despite this, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
Dining
We had breakfast at the hotel as it was part of our room package. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options including hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items.
On our first night, we ordered room service since it was too late to head out with the kids to eat. The room service was prompt and the food was excellent, making it a convenient option after a long day of travel. Other than breakfast and room service, we did not try the other dining options in the hotel, as we were spoiled for choice in the attached Westfield Stratford City shopping center.
Facilities
The hotel offers a range of facilities to enhance your stay:
- Fitness Center: A well-equipped gym with modern exercise equipment.

- Concierge Services: Helpful staff available to assist with bookings, reservations, and local information.
- Free Wi-Fi: Available throughout the hotel, ensuring you stay connected.
Service
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Although the lack of a car drop-off lobby was slightly inconvenient at arrival, the lobby staff made up for it during our departure. They kindly helped us with our luggage and ensured it was delivered to the roadside pick-up point, making our check-out experience seamless and hassle-free.
