- Sweet Potato / Broccoli and Salmon Pasta Stars
Ingredients:
- Heinz Baby Pasta Star (30g)
- ¼ salmon fillet, remove skin
- Sweet Potato Puree
- Cheese (2 tbsp)
Steps:
- Boil the pasta and Drain
- Bake / Steam Salmon for 10 minutes and flake or mash salmon
- Alternatively, airfry salmon for 8 minutes at 200 degrees (preheat 8 mins at 200 degrees) or bake at 200 degrees for 15 mins
- Mix pasta, salmon , sweet potato puree and cheese
2. Fish (Salmon/Cod Fish) and Broccoli Rice Cereal
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons (20g) of Nestle CERELAC Rice Cereal
- 100ml BM or formula or warm water
- ¼ salmon fillet, remove skin
- 60g pureed broccoli
Steps:
- Steam Salmon Fillet and Broccoli for 10 minutes.
- Alternatively, airfry salmon for 8 minutes at 200 degrees (preheat 8 mins at 200 degrees) or bake at 200 degrees for 15 mins
- Use Fork to mash Salmon and broccoli
- Mix warm milk with Rice Cereal
- Stir in Salmon and Broccoli
3. Cod Fish and Corn Rice Cereal
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons (20g) of Nestle CERELAC Rice Cereal
- 200ml BM or formula or warm water
- ¼ cod fillet, remove skin
- 2 tablespoons – 30g corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon warm water
Steps
- Steam Cod Fillet for 10 minutes.
- Use Fork to mash Cod
- Blend corn and water
- Mix warm milk with Rice Cereal
- Stir in Cod and Corn
4. Cod fish and pumpkin with BM/Formula
Ingredients
- ¼ cod fillet, remove skin
- Pumpkin / Butternut Squash
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- Few spoonful of BM
Steps
- Add diced pumpkin into pan
- Add some water
- Small fire , pumpkin will absorb water
- Deskin and debone fish
- Add to pan
- Remove and add bm
