Ingredients:
- 1 cube silkem tofu
- 100g minced pork
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- Ikan Bilis Powder
- 1/2 cup water
Steps:
- Steam tofu for 5 minutes
- Heat up wok and stir fry minced pork
- Add in water, oyster sauce , ikan bilis powder and bring it to boil
- Add in sesami sauce
- Stir for 40 seconds and pour the toppings onto the steamed tofu
- Serve with rice
