Sweet Potato and Salmon Fish Cake

Ingredients

  • 600g steamed salmon (flaked)
  • 300g steamed sweet potato (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 80g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan

Instructions

  1. Combined all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well
  2. Divide mixture into 8 – 10 balls (depending how big you would like your serving size to be) and flatten it to a patty shape
  3. Add some oil and fry each size for about 4-5 minutes till golden brown
  4. Serve once cooled
