Ingredients
- 600g steamed salmon (flaked)
- 300g steamed sweet potato (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 80g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan
Instructions
- Combined all ingredients in a big bowl and mix well
- Divide mixture into 8 – 10 balls (depending how big you would like your serving size to be) and flatten it to a patty shape
- Add some oil and fry each size for about 4-5 minutes till golden brown
- Serve once cooled
