Ingredient
For the mash potatoes (freeze left over)
- 250g peeled and diced potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp butter
For the salmon
- 1/2 salmon fillet
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp lemon
Steps
- Steam potatoes in Philips Avent Steamer and Blender for 20 minutes
- Add milk and butter and turn over holder to blend
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius
- Place salmon fillet on aluminium foil and pour melted butter and lemon juice over it.
- Wrap the salmon with the foil
- Bake the salmon for 20 minutes
- Or your can place the salmon in the Airfryer with the grill attachment (without the foil) and cook at 180 degrees for 8 mins.
- Serve
